About The Owner

Jacqueline Hampton

My name is Jacqueline Hampton and I am Entrepreneur and Business Owner of True To You In-Home Patient Care Services, LLC.

I am a graduate of South Florence High School. Since then I have received a number of training, certificates and education courses surrounding In-Home Health and other medical training.

For many years I was also employed with Charleston Oncology, located in Charleston SC. That is where I began to remember my childhood memories of family members taking care of each other along with nearby neighbors who were elderly and maybe a ill to ensure that their needs were taken care of on a daily basis as a community. I began to hone in and understand the need for In-Home Patient Care Services. The importance of patients maintaining their lifestyles and becoming comfortable with the aging process. I began to notice that if more patients began to receive adequate care from the comfort of their own homes, it could possibly minimize hospital visits and relieve stress for families everywhere.

After becoming more aware of these needed non- medical and medical requirements for the aging and ill community.I established True To You In-Home Patient Care Services in 2020 during the COVID 19 pandemic in hope of providing a source of comfort to families and their caregivers by educating them on the services that may be provided to and for their loved ones.

My ultimate goal as an entrepreneur, business owner and manager of True To You In-Home Patient Care Services, LLC is to work harder and diligently with our dedicated Admin Team and to become one of the most promising In-Home Health Agencies in the PEE DEE, surrounding areas and beyond one day. While employing dependable staff members to ensure a great quality of care per participant.

Hello, My Name is Sandra Powell and I am the Office Administrator/ Office Manager. I’ve started with True To You In- Home as of 9/26/21. My position is hiring , payroll, billing, making sure aide services there clients daily and keeping up with work clients as well making sure they are satisfied with company and there aide,I’m a person that loves being educated and learning more. Working for True To You In-Home has differently been a Experience me and learning so much , I love working with the Business Owner Jacqueline Hampton and the Home Health Manager Kimberly Goins, as well as the RN Mrs. Wanda Jones Together we are a team

Registered Nurse Manager

Hi my name is Wanda Jones. I am the Nurse Manager for True To You In-Home PCs,LLC . I obtain and monitor vital patient health information in order to provide quality in home patient care services. My passion is to assist in sustaining patients in their own homes with resources and assistance that are both safe and helps them maintain some level of independence. As a nurse manager I strive to provide exceptional community service, compassion and love for the geriatric population, and touching and enriching the lives of those in the community that are able to stay in their own homes.

Kimberly Goins

Home Health Aide Manager

Hi, my name is Kimberly Goins the Home Health Aid for True To You In-Home PCS, LLC. My job description is to manage all aids and ensure that they provide services for your love ones. Also, I enjoy working with the staff. I'm a proud mother of four children who are my joy.

My strengths: Praying, faith, 100% go getter, and love a challenge. I love to eat sweets but that is my weakness.
